City Council meetings are a hybrid blend of in-person, held in Council Chambers at City Hall, and virtual participation on the Zoom platform. Council meetings are live streamed on the City of Woodstock’s YouTube channel. Public planning meetings and Committee of Adjustment meetings are only conducted in-person in Council Chambers at City Hall, however, as of March 13, 2023, planning meetings will be streamed live and posted to the City's You Tube channel following the meeting. Please continue to monitor this page for updates and/or changes.

Event Details:
A special Council Meeting has been called to hear from stakeholders about the possibility of locating a Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) site in Woodstock. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. at Woodstock City Hall. The meeting will also be streamed live on the City’s YouTube channel.
Those wishing to appear before Council on this topic must complete the delegation request form by Sept. 22 at 12 p.m. The public may also submit feedback in writing by email to clerksinfo@cityofwoodstock.ca or by mail to PO Box 1539, Woodstock, ON N4S 0A7. All feedback received will be circulated to Council as part of the publicly available meeting agenda. Any personal or identifying information received will be redacted and not shared publicly.
